Our 6 flats very central are in Edinburgh, close together. The photo behind is taken at the end of the street.

There are four single occupancy bedrooms, two showers, two WCs and a large sociable kitchen in every flat.

The Royal Mile and the Parliament are from two minutes.
The Queen lives within five.

Edinburgh University postgrad courses are from one minute.
George Square, Appleton Tower is from 580 metres.

We let the 24 rooms individually on 52 week leases.

We expect to arrange 2 males and 2 females in each flat, or 4 females.

We expect our tenants to be postgraduate students and turn away undergraduates (sorry)
