  The Queen lives within five.

Edinburgh University postgrad courses are from one min.
  George Square, Appleton Tower is from 580 metres

We let the 24 rooms individually on 52 week leases

We expect to arrange 2 males and 2 females in each flat, or 4 females

We expect our tenants to be postgraduate students and turn away undergraduates (sorry)
