For 2009 to 10, our costs were approximately £40 per tenant per month. For 2011 to 12 we expect at least £50 This increase is mainly due to increases in fuel bills which all UK properties will experience
In response to concerns from tenants frustrated with dealing with service providers we now maintain all service accounts ourselves. This is reflected in our prices.
Our prices on some advertising websites are listed subtracting a nominal amount for household bills. Otherwise we come up in the wrong price band for searches. However, it has proven very popular to include bills in our overall charge and this will not be changed.
