Summary
Council Tax, Water, Sewerage
FREE. All these bills will be free, for the reason that all tenants in our flats are full-time students.
You must please provide us with your Student Enrollment Number to arrange this
We either pay the bills ourselves or they are free because you are a student. Private Insurance we ask you to provide yourself.
Gas and Electricity
WE PAY. Cost us £100 per flat per month in 2007-08 but to rise to £120 for 2008-09.
We take meter readings every monthWe do not set a particular limit on use of gas or electricityAt the end of the day we rely on you to make sensible use of energy
Carbon Off-Setting
WE PAY for carbon off-setting for gas and electricity. This is off-set by planting trees.

Private Insurance NOT Included
The properties themselves are insured but we expect you to have insured your own personal belongings. These are not covered by our insurance.
