This is deep, lockable and room-height and may be used as a second wardrobe or storage cupboard for that room There is an understairs cupboard for vacuum cleaner, mops etc

Flat Layout
The flat is a 'double upper', meaning it is laid out on two private floors.
Room 1 has the advantages of being:On the same level as the front doorOn the same landing as the shower-room and alone in this respect Next door to the kitchen
Entrance level: ROOM 1 shower-room, kitchen-diner, hallway
Upper level: ROOMS 2, 3 AND 4 bathroom, access to loft

Windows: Windows are double glazed and have ventilation. There are lined curtains as well as adjustable white venetian blinds for privacy.
Views: The views from each room include the estate and Salisbury Crags
Walls: Walls are magnolia which we touch up or repaint each year

Central Heating: There is a radiator with an individually adjustable thermostat
Locks: Each bedroom door has its own key and turn-lock on the inside
Fixtures: Four coat-hooks, a mirror and a hanging picture on the wall
Fire Safety: The door is a half-hour fire door. There is a mains smoke alarm
TV Aerials: Some rooms have an aerial lead connected to a central booster. Not all aerial points are checked yearly for connection and reception varies.
We also supply a private booster-aerial for some rooms. You would need a licence if you have a TV, which is approx £140 per year.
