no. 100 (100 Holyrood Road) has the most appealing location as it is on Holyrood Road
no. 4 (4 Dumbiedykes Road) is on a lower ground floor, further into the housing complex, so we have priced it slightly lower. Some, however, prefer this property as you avoid several flights of stairs, it has an open aspect with immediate views of Salisbury Crags and it borders the Queens Park, possibly the finest city mountain park in the world
Price Differences due to Room Size:
Rooms 1 is approx 15 sq metres with a full-size IKEA-length double bed
Rooms 2 is 13 to 14 sq metres with 4' double bed (also known as a 3/4 bed, Queen size or small double)
